Online Bidding Starts: 05/09/2023 Online Bidding Ends: First lot closes at 6pm CST May 27th 2023. lots will close in numerical order every 15 seconds with two minutes added if bids are placed in final two minutes. Payment: Invoices over $2000 must be paid by Cash, Wire Transfer or certified funds. All invoices under $2000 will be paid with credit card on file unless titled vehicle. Pickup will be in Nashville TN May 29th from 10am-4pm CST. Link to schedule appointment for pickup will be sent on winning invoice. Shipping will be provided on select items. Shipping will be provided by a third party shipping service. Winning bidders will receive a text/email message from shipping saint and must confirm the need for shipping. Removal Assistance: All items in this auction may be picked up once James R Cash II Auctions has received and acknowledged payment in full. Bidders are responsible for rigging, loading, and moving all items purchased without assistance fromJames R Cash II Auctions. Any items not removed by the pickup deadline will be considered abandoned property and card on file will be charged. If someone other than you is picking up your auction purchases, please notify Shane at 931-302-4717 so that we can release your items to your authorized agent. Pickup will be by appointment ONE DAY ONLY May 29th in Nashville Tennessee from 10am-4pm CST. Pickup location will be disclosed to winning bidders when paid invoices are sent out at completion of auction. Shipping is available utililizng Shipping Saint. Winners will receive a text/email to confirm pickup or shipping. Once shipping is confirmed it will take 7-10 days from shipping payment to item being shipped.
